A decadent and sweet Apple Pie Martini made with Tanglewood's Apple Pie wine

Apple Pie Martini

This apple pie martini recipe is a delicious blend of our sweet Apple Pie Wine and Vodka, creating a warm and cozy treat perfect for sipping by the fire. It’s a must-make cocktail for the holiday season!

Total Time: 10 minutes // Servings: 2 drinks

Ingredients

For the Rim:

  • 1 tablespoon fine graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

For the Martini:

  • Ice
  • ½ cup Apple Pie Wine
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • Apple slices for garnish (optional)
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Wet the rim of your martini glass with water or an apple slice, then dip it into the sugar mixture.
  2. Place the ice, Apple Pie Wine, and vodka in a cocktail shaker, shake well, then pour into the prepared glass. 
  3. Enjoy!

 

Santa's Vacation Margarita, a tangy, sweet cocktail made from Tanglewood's Blue Silk wine

Santa’s Vacation Margarita 

This tropical Blueberry Coconut Margarita recipe combines fresh blueberries, Blue Silk Wine, tequila, and creamy coconut milk to craft a sweet escape. Transport yourself to paradise with every sip of this vibrant, fruity drink reminiscent of Santa's secret getaway.

Total Time: 10 minutes // Servings: 1 drink

Ingredients

For the Rim:

  • Sea salt or coarse sugar
  • Simple syrup 

For the Margarita: 

  • Ice
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 2 oz coconut milk, shaken well
  • 2 oz Blue Silk wine
  • Fresh blueberries (optional)

Instructions 

  1. If you wish to rim your glasses, spread sea salt or coarse sugar on a small plate. Then, gently apply simple syrup around the rims and dip them into the salt/sugar for coating.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and combine tequila, coconut milk, and Blue Silk. Shake well.
  3. Pour the drink over ice and garnish with fresh blueberries, if desired.
  4. Enjoy!

 

 

White Christmas Sangria, made with Tanglewood Winery's Traminette wine

Traminette White Christmas Sangria

This easy Christmas Sangria recipe is made with limes, cranberries, Traminette White Wine, and ginger beer. Sure to become a crowd-pleaser, this white sangria packs a punch without being too sweet. Enjoy the perfect holiday cocktail this Christmas season! 

Prep time: 10 minutes // Rest time: 4 hours // Servings: 5 drinks

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 750 mL Traminette White Wine
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 ½ Cups Cranberries
  • 6 ounces (3/4 cup) Ginger Beer, chilled
  • Fresh Rosemary for garnish (optional)
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the limes and placing them into a pitcher. Add 1 cup of fresh cranberries as well, carefully halving the remaining ½ cup of cranberries to add to the pitcher.
  2. Pour the Traminette White Wine over the fruit in the pitcher. Tightly seal the pitcher and place it in the fridge to chill for 4 hours.
  3. Just before serving, add the ginger beer to the pitcher. 
  4. Fill your glasses with ice and sangria, adding fresh rosemary and a cinnamon stick for garnish, if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
