Availability
Our Tasting Room is typically available for rent on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays when we are not open for regular service hours. However, depending on the size of your party, our availability may be flexible. In any case, reach out and we’ll help you find the perfect day.
Party Size
Our Tasting Room can accommodate up to around 45 people. However, if you desire to host a larger group with more than 45 people, Tanglewood Winery can open up additional space to accommodate, with an increase to the hourly rent charge.
Catering
In order to make things as easy as possible, we don’t have any catering restrictions! Your party and guests are more than welcome to bring their own food or have food catered in—it’s up to you.

How soon can I expect a response once I’ve filled out the contact form?
- When you fill out the contact form, you can expect to hear from us within 1-3 business days. However, if you haven’t heard back from us within that time frame, you can always give us a call at (616) 375-9648.
Are there any restrictions on how long I can book an event?
- As long as your event doesn’t interfere with our regular service hours, you can book an event for as many hours as you’d like—we’re flexible, so just talk to us about what you’re thinking. Renters pay by the hour, so it’s really up to you!
How much parking does the Tasting Room have?
- We have plenty of parking at the Tasting Room, so there’s no need to worry! Just bring the party, and we’ll take care of the rest.
